Personally I’m torn on this issue. Sure the speculators drive up the price…but the commodities exchange is a GLOBAL market and any law America passes can’t control oil prices. The idea sounds good on paper but is it realistic? Im guessin the players would just go elsewhere for commodities…what say you?
